Our crew delivered an Oceanis 40 yacht from Koper in Slovenia to Lavrio in Greece at the turn of July and August. The yacht needed to be delivered quickly – in about 10 days before 8th of August. Hopefully the weather has been very good for sailing and there was high possibility that the boat would reach the destination on time.

About the passage
We’ve sailed from Slovakia across Croatian coast, then cross the sea to Italy and after that to Corfu in Greece. Next points on our map was: Lefkada, Patra and to the Corinthian Gulf – from where we finally sailed by the Corinth Canal to Lavrio, near Athens. Our crew had quite good weather and favourable winds for most of the time. At times when the wind was too weak, the yacht running on the engine to keep the average speed. The cruise ran on time and without any damage.
